Location of the hotel is good. Room facilities are good. Location of the room is bad. Right next to a local garbage collection point. Garbage is collected at night between 1am and 4.30am.

The hotel is actually quite nice, unfortunately most of the rooms still have carpet. During our stay the hotel was very well booked and accordingly full! Also lots of families with children.
The staff was overwhelmed at times, especially in the morning at breakfast, because the weather wasn't so good, so everyone was concentrating.
The pool area is very nice with the different zones. The garden is beautiful with the many olive trees and other plants. The village center with the many restaurants and shops is only about 10 minutes walk away.

Rooms in the Aqualux were nice and functional, breakfast was very good. Pool area was large but unfortunately the pool was only open from 9am, 8am would have been more appropriate. The hotel is in a good location for going to the village of Bardolino for dinner. We had over 5.5 hours for 18 holes at the Verona golf course, always a long wait. The Degli Ulivi course takes some getting used to, there are certainly nicer courses on Lake Garda, but the course was in good condition. But this was not the last time we visited this region.

How do I book my trip online?

The deposit is 20 percent and is due immediately. The balance is due four weeks prior departure.
How can I redeem my discount code?

Can I cancel or rebook my trip?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Up to 35 days before departure of your trip cancellation is free of charge for you, unless there are other cancellation conditions listed on your offer and invoice. We have a few hotels that do not offer free cancellation when using an early bird discount. However, more over 90 percent of our partner hotels allow free cancellation up to 35 days before arrival. After that, staggered cancellation fees apply.
