Unfortunately, the locations offered don’t always live up to what’s promised on paper, but that’s not the tour operator’s fault.

The information provided in advance was precise and prompt. Any questions were quickly and reliably clarified, such as arranging a free pick-up service from the airport. Everything was done very well.

It would have been nice if the organizer had informed us in advance about the poor condition of the Guardian Bom Sucesso golf course. Then we wouldn't have booked it. That's why there's a deduction in the rating. Otherwise, everything was fine.

On our arrival we were handed out 4 golf vouchers instead of the 5 paid but received the last one the following day.
On the departure day the hotel wanted us to pay 3 greenfees extra although everything had been paid in advance. After waiting 15 minutes this problem was solved aswell.
Therefore just 4 stars instead of 5
