Completely good advice and booking support

Basically good. Disappointing that the ferry connection was only tied to the hotel owner and the times were beyond 'bearable' for me, so I had to book more suitable connections in addition to my flight. (Return flight 16:40 Tenerife South, offered ferry connection LA Gomera - Tenerife 7:00 --> probably quite unreasonable!!!!, not optimal for the arrival either).

Upon arrival at the airport in Mauritius, the booked transfer to the hotel could not be used as no corresponding taxi company could be identified. After extensive research with the help of very friendly locals, it was necessary to resort to a taxi, leading to an annoying start to the vacation. However, Albrecht Golf Travel reimbursed the cost of the taxi. Also, until just before the departure to the airport, it was not known how and with whom the transfer would be conducted. Here too, it was necessary to obtain the details in a cumbersome way. Nevertheless, the quality of the return transport to the airport was excellent and made up for the inconveniences. All other arrangements were very satisfactory.

Everything superbly organized, perfect timing throughout the day, nice rounds with nice people! It doesn't get any better!

I was bothered by being addressed as "Mr." twice. The last bits of information arrived 1 day before departure at 12 PM (phone number, WhatsApp group, etc.). This is too late. The gift - a water bottle - came without a note!? In advance, I sent 2 emails with questions. These were not answered. I was asked twice to provide my flight details, although I had already submitted them. Maybe these are just minor things, but to me, they make up good service.
