We received new golf carts in May, but unfortunately, the necessary permit from the district office to cross the public road between the hotel, driving range, and the red course took considerably longer than expected. We regret that this caused any inconvenience during your stay.

Regarding greenkeeping, we would like to point out that our staff always strive to be communicative, friendly, and respectful with our guests and golfers. At the same time, certain maintenance tasks must be carried out within tight timeframes to keep the course in good condition.

Regarding our sauna, please note that it has set opening hours. These are controlled automatically via a remote timer. We sincerely apologize should there have been any deviation from these hours during your visit.

While we cannot fully understand your assessment that breakfast and dinner were not worth the price, we naturally respect your personal opinion. We regularly receive very positive feedback on our buffets and place great emphasis on quality and variety.

Regarding wine, we would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We have fundamentally restructured our wine selection. As a result of this restructuring, there were unfortunately temporary shortages of certain wines, as the new selection was not yet fully available. We ask for your understanding in this matter.

We would also like to briefly explain the outstanding payments you mentioned. Due to a massive hacker attack on our IT systems, unfortunately, not all outstanding payments could be correctly allocated immediately upon your departure. However, our employees are generally instructed to settle all outstanding amounts – regardless of how small the individual amount may be. Especially with a large number of such items, even small amounts can quickly add up to a significant total. We regret that the process in your case did not go as smoothly as you had expected.
