Horrible waiting time

I have played the Abama course 4 times and each time more than 5 hours because they let so many beginners with hotel vouchers/ guest rates play.
And with these high greens fees waiting on each tee box forever. Never again…….

Service and food disappointing

Still a great course with ongoing construction. Well maintained – challenging to play. Always fun.
It's a shame that the service and cuisine in the club restaurant can no longer keep up.

Great place with some drawbacks.

We played this quite challenging and exceptionally beautiful course again after a two-year break. Lined with palm trees and featuring rapid elevation changes, many holes give a paradisiacal impression, but construction noise, cranes, excavators, and rubble heaps, especially on the front nine, detract from the pure enjoyment of the golf.
In that respect, the course has lost some of its former glory; the 'green fee' therefore seems excessive at €300.
Overall, Abama Golf is still worth a round, but it's a shame that this otherwise very attractively designed course is being further and further built over.
