We were there a year ago. We cannot understand how a hotel can be run down in just a year. The watercourses throughout the hotel are no longer filled with water. There is loud construction work at the pool from 8am, and at breakfast you have to queue to get into the breakfast area. You had to queue for more than 20 minutes for an omelette.
The towels in the room were ancient, frayed and more like cleaning rags. The balcony was very large. But there were no cushions for the chairs. We missed a lounger on the balcony.

How do I book my trip online?

We have a few hotels that do not offer free cancellation when using an early bird discount. However, more over 90 percent of our partner hotels allow free cancellation up to 35 days before arrival.
