We spent 3 nights in the golf hotel. Its location just outside of Salsomaggiore is unique: pure peace and quiet and a fantastic view - from the new rooms with terrace - of the golf course and the surrounding hilly landscape. There was no rush on the course either, almost no players, we were able to make generous use of the agreed tee time. The course is challenging, with several "blind" tees and several slopes and steep slopes. For us it was an interesting course, the second round was easier to play tactically.
The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times, compliments.
We see room for improvement in the restaurant area in particular. It's not that good Italian food isn't served there, it's just that there aren't enough places to eat. That's a real shame, and incomprehensible! We were only able to get dinner on one evening (on a Sunday, when many club members were there). On the other evenings we were forced to drive a few kilometers for dinner.
There is still a lot of room for improvement when it comes to breakfast.

The rooms are renovated and clean, the staff is friendly. The breakfast is very modest (little selection, no fresh bread or pastries, plastic dishes, etc.). The golf course is ok, the greens are in good condition, the fairways are pretty dry. Due to the slopes and inclines, a good level of fitness is an advantage. How do I book my trip online?
