Wonderful links course

A classic links course at a fair price. The front nine are basically the outer edge of the course and provide a fantastic view of the sea and the mountains. Hole number 7 runs completely along the sea. With the usual challenges (hard ground, pot bunkers, blind tee shots and possibly a lot of wind). It's fun and is definitely recommended in Donegal.

Welcome to the land of tele-tabbys. The fairways are dotted with hills and the balls jump at will. Greens and tees are very close together on the first 4 lanes. This leads to waiting times and a lack of game speed. From track 5 you have found your rhythm. Holes 13,14 and 15 are completely absurd. One exciting challenge after the other. Hardly a ball stops on the significantly elevated green at hole 15. The green at hole 13 is tiny and has to be played through an entrance lined with high hills.
