The positive: The greens were good. They should put the rest of the course in blue, this is ONLY ground under repair, including the bunker. The bunkers had waste water in them and it smelled like rotten eggs. Good thing there were markings on the tee box, otherwise we would still be looking for the tees.
The layout is quite okay. The condition of the course looked as if it had to survive for decades without water (apart from the filled cement bunkers), but it was only completed two years ago. Recommending is not an option, disappointment is guaranteed.

Beautiful layout of the courses, top clubhouse, really nice views, very friendly staff, top greens BUT due to lack of water, catastrophic fairways and tees!! It's a shame, otherwise it would be 5 stars 😔
