Located on the historic coastline of Sandwich Bay, Prince's Golf Club offers a pure links experience with a modern twist. The club features 27 holes divided into three nine-hole loops—Shore, Dunes, and Himalayas—allowing for varied 18-hole combinations. Steeped in history, it hosted the 1932 Open Championship won by Gene Sarazen and will host the 2030 Walker Cup. Recent renovations by Mackenzie & Ebert, particularly on the Himalayas loop, have introduced wetlands and the signature 'Bloody Point' par-3. With the on-site Lodge and the 1932 Grill, the club provides a complete destination for golfers seeking championship heritage and windswept fairways next to Royal St George’s.

A beautiful links course on the edge of Sandwich Bay. Challenging holes with numerous bunkers, well-protected greens and fairways. Since there was little rain in southern England, the course was correspondingly dry and partly brown. Several drives placed in the middle of the fairway bounced heavily and disappeared into the otherwise very playable rough. It was fun and is a highly recommended course.

The newly redesigned Himalaya Course is the best 9hole loop of the 27hole left course! The whole area is perfect! Also on Princes was once played the Open, which could win the great US-American Gene Sarazen! The newly redesigned Himalayas are reminiscent of design on big places on Long Island! Beautiful - a little secluded place. The most beautiful 9L (the 27 L) are my opinion the Himalayas - but not easy to play.
"The Lodge * is a 3 star hotel - quite basic but just adequate for golfing.
Partly beautiful view of the Sandwich Bay - towards Margate and upstream wind farm. Definitely take time to visit Sandwich - old houses and quaint restaurants.
