A beautiful links course on the edge of Sandwich Bay. Challenging holes with numerous bunkers, well-protected greens and fairways. Since there was little rain in southern England, the course was correspondingly dry and partly brown. Several drives placed in the middle of the fairway bounced heavily and disappeared into the otherwise very playable rough. It was fun and is a highly recommended course.

Beautiful - a little secluded place. The most beautiful 9L (the 27 L) are my opinion the Himalayas - but not easy to play.
"The Lodge * is a 3 star hotel - quite basic but just adequate for golfing.
Partly beautiful view of the Sandwich Bay - towards Margate and upstream wind farm. Definitely take time to visit Sandwich - old houses and quaint restaurants.

A beautiful resort, well maintained with already almost great views of the coast off Kent.
