Characteristics
The fairways of this diversified course were laid out in a former orchard and on open terrain. The skillful arrangement of water hazards and sand traps make it harder to reach the score and provide a challenge even for prominent golfers. What is worth mentioning in this context is the 9th hole, a Par-3 played over a pond at through a clearing of trees, which requires a precise approach.

Actually very nice - but the condition

I was there two years ago in July and was very pleasantly surprised. The early bird or evening rate is now €5 more expensive, but still very cheap at €35. You're almost alone and can try something out with two balls.
However, as will probably be the case in 2023 (see comment below), the bunkers have not been made, and nature will soon have reclaimed them. It's not really bad, as you almost never end up in one, but you lose 3 balls in the water... but it's a shame, as everything else is in good shape.

The bunkers are in a devastating condition. Lawn grows deep into the bunkers. Tufts of grass in the middle of the bunkers. Apparently they haven't been raked with machines by greenkeeping for a long time. No more neatly cut bunker edges. Sometimes you no longer know whether you are still in the bunker or already outside.
I've never seen the place like this in recent years.
This also applies to the bunkers in the area of the practice facilities.
