Sometimes we had to wait for schuttle long time, on Hillside. On our golf the buggy stopped and we wait help near one hour in + 32 degrees on tee 7. They only said, it happens. Nothing else. Food was good and nice service, mostly. Nice scenery!!

The experience was right up to very high expectations - the course, the environment, beaches, sea and pool swimming, restaurants, comfort and style. It was a great thrill to be here.
Every golfer must put Thracian Cliffs on his/her lifetime list. One golfing partner described it as "The Pebble Beach of Bulgaria". I disagree: Pebble Beach is the Thracian Cliffs of the Carmel coast.

Good vacation with some ugly critics

The rooms were OK but I have to make critics about the cleanliness of the rooms : spider nets, insects in the bed, shampoo and shower gels never replaced. The waiter personal was very nice but once you have to deal with the reception workers the service becomes very arrogant. We waited for a wine bottle opener to be delivered into our room for a week that never arrived. After three calls we gave up with frustration.
The golf places were in very good condition. Our favorites were the Lighthouse as it has a very relaxing easy going atmosphere. BlackSeaRama is also very nice to play. Thracian Cliffs can be very frustrating due to the technical difficulties that were quite big from one tee to another. What is not so pleasant are the built estates around the course that although they are almost finished seem to collapse after the next storm. Other buildings that do not seem to be old are already closed due to the same reasons. The quality of food in the resort is good but far too expensive if you compare the same dishes in Kavarna. We inquired also for a rent a car and received an offer for 90€ per day while on various sites you find cars for 25€ per day!! Overall the price value for money was OK if you pick just golf + bed and breakfast.

How do I book my trip online?
After you have received an offer, which you like, please click on the orange button "Book now". Then fill out the short questionnaire (regarding information about travellers and tee times) and send the form. After receiving your booking, we will verify the availability of the hotel. Once your stay is confirmed by the hotel (usually within one working day), you will receive our confirmation email together with an invoice for the amount due. The invoice can be paid online by credit card or by standard bank transfer. In case the hotel is not available for the requested booking period, your booking will be cancelled without any charge, and you will be informed immediately.
How can I pay for my trip?
The invoice can be paid online by credit card or by bank transfer. In the our email with your invoice you will find the link to the online payment system as well as the invoice in PDF format with our bank details.
By when do I have to pay for my trip and how much is the deposit?
The deposit is 20 percent and is due immediately. The balance is due four weeks prior departure.
How can I redeem my discount code?
You can enter the discount code from the Albrecht Golf Guide in the booking form. Alternatively, please send us your discount code by email to travel@albrecht.de, after the booking has been confirmed.
Can I cancel or rebook my trip?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Up to 35 days before departure of your trip cancellation is free of charge for you, unless there are other cancellation conditions listed on your offer and invoice. We have a few hotels that do not offer free cancellation when using an early bird discount. However, more over 90 percent of our partner hotels allow free cancellation up to 35 days before arrival. After that, staggered cancellation fees apply.
