Sonnenalp is and remains "Allgäu at its finest"

I spent two years working in the Allgäu region (2022-23) and was a member of the Oberallgäu and Sonnenalp golf clubs. The traditional Sonnenalp course is undoubtedly the best the Allgäu has to offer.
Super friendly staff, top-notch restaurants (especially Waldhaus/Sonnenalp) open 7 days a week for 14 hours, fantastic fairways and greens, mature trees. Breathtaking views and first-class hotels, especially the Hotel Sonnenalp ***s. It doesn't get any better than this!
I gladly give this 6 stars!
