Characteristics
The golf course is located in the beautiful Sillaro Valley with a mild, pleasant climate and an ideal location. Nearby there are renowned spa establishments such as the Terme di Castel San Pietro and the Villaggio della Salute Più. The course - 6,480 m, 18 holes, par 72 - is very varied and suitable for both expert players and beginners. After the match you can refresh yourself in the clubhouse with its well-kept restaurant, where regional wines and products are also offered. Le Fonti has already been the venue for numerous important competitions, such as in January 2009, 2010 and 2011 for the international men's professional tournament of the Alps Tour.

Golf Club with the friendly warm atmosfere

Played 2 rounds at the club (friendly receptionists offered me to play tournament which I did) - early April 10. I find the club very nice, very friendly members, reception stuff and even the pro shop stuff!
In spite of relatively wett course for this season I truly enjoyed the course itself, very friendly foursome and the restaurant. Had a very good meal at good price range.
Course is not too difficult but if you want to score well you need to know it. Have a feeling that when course is not so wett grass condition must be really good. Very nice club house. Looking forward to come back one day.

Unfortunately, the course cannot keep up with the Italian courses we have played on so far. The first cut is quite high and covered in daisies. It is quite difficult to find a ball here. The fairways are completely patchy and unfortunately do not resemble a carpet. The greens are true to the line and relatively fast. Overall, not a convincing state of maintenance. The layout, on the other hand, is varied.
For the first time, there is no video surveillance in the parking lot. You shouldn't leave valuables in your car. Our vehicle was broken into.

Well-maintained facility
Beautiful hilly course for all levels
Everything can be done on foot
The club staff is super friendly. We were able to stay with the motorhome for 2 nights (despite the tournament) and even had electricity on request. Unfortunately, the restaurant is only open for lunch; but the friendly man at the bar immediately recommended a restaurant within walking distance.
