Citrus Golf, the 1st 45-hole Complex in Tunisia, designed by famous American Golf Architect Ronald Fream and made operational since 1992 is in fact the property of several hotels in the area of Hammamet , namely 4-star Phenicia Hotel,Magic Life Manar hotel, respectively 5 and finally the Sindbad Hotel with a 5-star rating.

Very interesting choice

I was playing there last year, in november. The staff is very warm, the course is very well maintained. I found there a very valuable PRO who helps me a lot to win after work challenge in december, in BELEK. The Oliviers Course is a little sportive, i would strongly recommend a buggie. About the caddies : if you really need some advices, they could be useful. But you can easy play without them, don' t worry!
I will be back there in the last decade of february...
A valuable tip : if you want to reduce the green fee for OLIVIERS, or FORET, go in SENTIDO FENICIA HOTEL. You' ll get around 30-40 % discount. And this is an EXCLUSIVELY offer!!!

Great layout, mostly very beautiful and interesting golf holes.
The people in the club office and the pro shop were very friendly and helpful in every respect, whether it was about tee times or even just ordering a taxi!
We played with caddies who were all exceptionally hardworking and competent; we highly recommend them.
Fairways and greens on both 18-hole courses are very good, tees are unfortunately partly dug up, but this is due to the mostly high handicap players.
Therefore, only 4 out of 5 stars; 4.5 would be fairer! We did not play the 9-hole Executive course.

For me, it's number one in Tunisia, as I didn't play Tabarka in 2025. It's now significantly better than Djerba. The club is run more professionally. All the courses are in top condition from fairway to green; the bunkers are clean, free of grass and stones. There are plenty of rakes. The bunker edges are trimmed. Trash cans are emptied. A marshal, Salah, ensures a smooth pace of play.
Guest tournaments are held. The changing rooms and toilets are clean. Towels for showering are provided. The caddymasters are very helpful. The caddies are highly recommended; I was told they have to play themselves once a week.
The restaurant has delicious food, good local wines and plenty of draft beer.
This pro shop is number one in Tunisia. Changing grips is no problem. It will be done the same day.
50 carts are available for booking. During the season, starting times are assigned to avoid waiting times. Starters monitor this.
Simply top-notch, all other clubs in Tunisia currently have to make a real effort, including Djerba at the moment, and not just increase their green fee prices.
