Relaxed Golf on the Baltic Sea

I played the course in mid-September on the way to Usedom. The approach from the A20 via small country roads gives an idea of the isolation of the location.
The course is undisturbed on the edge of the Baltic Sea, was almost empty on the day I played (Sunday) and the game was a lot of fun. The "office" in the container is very makeshift, but the great friendliness of the employee makes up for everything. Tees, fairways and greens were well maintained and the fairways were very varied and wide, so that the relatively high rough hardly played a role.
Due to the lack of restaurants, I was recommended the small, newly built restaurant just a few hundred meters from the square.
The food there is impeccable with a beautiful view of a small marina and the Baltic Sea.
Conclusion: Bades Huk is, in my opinion, always worth a visit and I will come back

It's not worth it

Played in August 2024.
The "clubhouse" consists of containers. The lady in the office was very nice. There is no birdie book or the individual holes with lengths on the Internet.
The driving range is small but OK, the pitching and chipping green consists of one hole. Good, if very dry, putting green. The fairways were mostly very wide but bone dry. Things got a little better around the greens. The bunkers are well maintained. The greens themselves were extremely dry and hard. The roughs, made of typical Baltic Sea dunes, were very high. Anyone who didn't land on the fairway had to put a new ball into play. Overall, the course has nothing that makes it special.
My wife and I were annoyed that the toilets in front of track 13 were locked. When we asked, the lady in the container explained that she didn't have the time to unlock them in the morning and lock them in the evening. We couldn't understand why.
Our conclusion: You can do it - but it's not worth it.

Nice place on the Baltic Sea

We played the golf course for the first time at the beginning of May 2024 with a cart (first 9 holes). And after the "confusion" of getting to the course (no signs and a miserable dirt road to the parking lot) we were initially "baffled" because there is no clubhouse, only a container complex that serves as registration & pro shop and that is also where the only sanitary facilities on the course are. The other toilet on the green of hole 8 was closed during our round.
The club secretary was super nice, helpful and friendly.

There are now signs for orientation in the form of "Next Tee" signs. However, there is still room for improvement with the tee boards (higher contrast would be better, course, distance information to ditches, etc.). There is also no birdie book (yet); only the course at "seagull height" on the back of the scorecard (which was also helpful). The Garmin watch and the space on it were able to compensate for the signage issues mentioned above to some extent.

The course is not very varied, mostly straight fairways, but fairways and tees are in good condition. Greens are playable, but balls "hopped" a few times when putting. The rough is just as problematic as the semi-rough, balls tend to bounce there and then cannot be found. Unfortunately, some of the bunkers were not well maintained and the balls remained relatively deep in the sand in the older animal tracks. The Baltic Sea can be seen from holes 3,7 and 9. However, you cannot always see it because there are trees on the Baltic Sea shore for coastal protection. From the green on hole 4 / tee off from hole 5 you can walk along a path through the forest to the Baltic Sea shore.
We had a quiet and relaxed golfing experience, as there doesn't seem to be much going on on the course during weekdays. The green fee for guests is appropriate for the course (condition) and is in the lower to middle segment. We would play the course again.
