We played the course in mid-September with the Baltic Sea golf package and were unfortunately a bit disappointed with the quality of the course. Fairways probably hadn't been mowed for a while and the greens were unfortunately very slow.

Today I played in Grömitz with my Baltic Sea Golf Card and I had a wonderful round. This was first and foremost due to the very friendly reception in the secretariat. That's how I would like to be welcomed.
Then twice I had the pleasure of being let through by members (!). But I know that very differently.
And the greenkeepers were still at work and quickly noticed me and had me chipped.
After all, these were undoubtedly some of the best greens I've had the pleasure of playing this summer. Well, some of the fairways were actually as hard as some reviewers complained. But how should it be otherwise in such a hot summer.
Some of the tracks were really tricky and the old trees came into play in a challenging way. Or else was a pleasant source of shade. But even without space knowledge, the ball loss was limited.
Clearly, this is how golf works. Thanks to the desk and the hospitable members. I'll be back!
