A month sporty in paradise

We stayed here in the TELFAIR for a month (from 27.02 to 27.03) and enjoyed it very much. We have been to the south of the island for the first time. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom had a bath, separate shower and separate toilet and wardrobe. There are a few restaurants in the TELFAIR, but we really liked three. The restaurant on the golf course is highly recommended for lunch after a round of golf. For dinner, Ginja and Annabella's. Whereby the Annabella's changed the menu very often and there was always a Mauritian specialty on it. This time we did a bike ride up to Le Morne and Le Morne beach; altogether around 30 km. The tour was nice and interesting, but the bike I was allowed to use was a mountain bike and the saddle was not made for sensitive people. The coccyx was still “screaming” three weeks later! The golf course! So the golf course was in very good condition. We stayed a total of 28 nights and played 26 times. The great thing was that the marshals took the slow flights off the course. The greens why excellent condition, undulating, sometimes narrow and lightning fast! The fairways were also in good condition. If you lose a ball in the high rough, don't look far because it's gone! The place is not suitable for beginners. We played the course three days in a row on foot, at 30 degrees: that was an achievement, but after that we took a cart anyway; the carts are equipped with GPS, which precisely show the current flag position. From December 2023, a 28-hole links course will open at TELFAIR.

We understand that some things have to be improvised on a cyclone, but not over 5 days. Of the many advertised restaurants, several were closed due to the low season. We were only able to play 9 holes once because the course was completely or partially closed. How do I book my trip online?
After you have received an offer, which you like, please click on the orange button "Book now". Then fill out the short questionnaire (regarding information about travellers and tee times) and send the form. After receiving your booking, we will verify the availability of the hotel. Once your stay is confirmed by the hotel (usually within one working day), you will receive our confirmation email together with an invoice for the amount due. The invoice can be paid online by credit card or by bank transfer. In the our email with your invoice you will find the link to the online payment system as well as the invoice in PDF format with our bank details.
By when do I have to pay for my trip and how much is the deposit?
The deposit is 20 percent and is due immediately. The balance is due four weeks prior departure.
How can I redeem my discount code?
You can enter the discount code from the Albrecht Golf Guide in the booking form. Alternatively, please send us your discount code by email to travel@albrecht.de, after the booking has been confirmed.
Can I cancel or rebook my trip?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Up to 35 days before departure of your trip cancellation is free of charge for you, unless there are other cancellation conditions listed on your offer and invoice. We have a few hotels that do not offer free cancellation when using an early bird discount. However, more over 90 percent of our partner hotels allow free cancellation up to 35 days before arrival. After that, staggered cancellation fees apply.
