Played Vin Pearl in August 2013. Without doubt one of the best golfing experiences of my life! It all starts with the boat ride from the mainland, 10 minutes to the island, pick up from island dock, transport to course in multi seat golf cart. The views on the immaculate course are amazing! Very nice expert caddies, 5 star service all day! Don't miss out on this golfing experience!!

Best place we played in Vietnam. Grass in top condition throughout.
Great varied water hazards.
Nicely laid out with up and down.
Process reasonably well organized. There is a lot of activity from Korean guests who come on charter flights for a short trip.
But you will probably spontaneously get a tee time around early afternoon.
Caddies ok.
Driving range without distance markings, good enough to warm up.
You don't have to like the whole resort with huge hotels, amusement park etc. and it seems somehow out of place. But the golf course is great.
Arrival from land first via water, then with the carts to the clubhouse. It takes a while, but it works great and you're always guided in the right direction by lots of friendly helpers.
At the turn of the year 2023/24 we had played 6 golf courses in Vietnam. This one was the best.

We played the Vinpearl Golf Club Nha Trang in July 2019 and found it to be exceptionally good. The site is located on an island near Nha Trang and can be reached by boat from the port in Cau Da. Already the arrival by boat and the transfer on the island in the golf buggy is worth the trip, all transfers from the Cau da Harbor to the golf course and back are included in the price and everything was perfectly organized. The course itself convinced with super fairways and very good Greens, there is a lot of trees and and many fairways direct lake view. Since the place on the other side of the island you get from the adjacent theme park at all with nothing. The caddies are well organized, know the place and are always helpful to the side. The clubhouse is large and the terrace offers a beautiful view over the complex. If you live in one of the hotels on Vinpearl Iceland you have less stress on arrival, but you also constantly have the feeling to live in Disneyland. So I recommend one of the hotels in Nha Trang, preferably the Evason Ana Mandara.
