Welcome to Strand Golf & stay & play.
The Strand GK is 18 holes of golf on rolling farmland beautifully located on the shore of Lake Mälaren.
Some elevated tees are situated in the surrounding forests, built to give the player an impressive view over the golf course.
The " Gården "Strand dates back to the 13th Century and the ground you now play golf on was used
by the Swedish kings, Erik (“The Lisp and Lame”) and his wife, Catherine, Charles IX, (Duke Charles),
as well as Royal Council Bo Jonson Grip and “King Byxlös”, Queen Margaret I.
The course is designed with natural grass tees, a variety of water hazards along with sand and
grass bunkers that will give golfers a pleasing and competitive experience.
At The Strand, you can enjoy the golf course, the beautiful scenery and the rock art.
You can also check in to the Strand hotel on the course with 56 beds in total.
