Characteristics
Situated in a scenic nature reserve near Helsingborg, Söderåsens Golfklubb offers a distinct blend of history and sporting challenge. Established in 1970 and designed by Ture Bruce, this 18-hole parkland and woodland course is famous for being built around a 30-meter high slag heap, a remnant of the region's mining past. This geological feature not only dominates the landscape but subtly influences the break of the fast, high-quality greens. Having hosted professional tournaments like the Siab Open eleven times, the course tests golfers with strategic water hazards, particularly on the demanding second hole. A modern Toptracer range and excellent clubhouse facilities complete the experience.
