Enjoy an unforgettable golfing experience at Santa Claus Golf in Ounasvaara, Rovaniemi the official Hometown of Santa Claus in Lapland Finland and cross the Arctic Circle while golfing under the midnight sun or on snow and ice. Built at the feet of Ounasvaara fell, the winding fairways on the forestry hillsides offer a relaxing golfing experience. Santa Claus Golf is a beautiful and interesting golf course with northern characters, just a few minutes from the city center. In June and July you can play around the clock under the midnight sun as the sun does not set at all. The reindeer that roam freely on the golf course, might join you on your round. The summer golf season starts in May and continues until the beginning of October.

Experience golf like never before at the 9-hole winter golf course of Santa Claus Golf. In winter there are no greens but whites, trolleys are changed in to sledges and white golf balls in to bright orange ones. On the snowy fairways some of the whites are situated on the frozen lakes of the course. One also has to note the rules of snow golf that for example limit the number of the clubs to max 3 irons and a putter. The game is familiar, but the experience totally new! You can play winter golf from February until April.
