After a very friendly welcome in the venerable clubhouse, through which I was guided, I was presented with a fair, very well maintained and above all varied links course with a wonderful view of the sea with the surrounding islands and rocks. A fellow player had booked a caddy, but he gave us all tips, which were often very helpful. The birdie book was available free of charge in the pro shop and was indispensable for enjoying the round.
