Located on the edge of the Peak District near Stockport, Mellor Golf Club offers a distinctive blend of moorland and parkland characteristics. The 18-hole course is uniquely arranged in three loops of six, starting and ending near the clubhouse. Renowned for its breathtaking scenery, the view from the 10th fairway was once described as "Paradise" by John Wesley, offering panoramas across five counties. Narrow fairways and undulating terrain require strategic precision rather than brute force, while one of Cheshire's highest Par 3s provides a memorable test.
