Established in 1993, Mandal Golfklubb holds the unique distinction of being Norway's southernmost golf course. Located at Valle Gård, this 9-hole layout is widely regarded as one of the best of its kind in the region. The club fosters a welcoming environment, aiming to be "a good place to be" for golfers of all levels. Beyond the greens, players enjoy extensive practice facilities and a modern simulator room equipped with TrackMan technology. The clubhouse, complete with a café and a sunny social terrace, serves as the heart of this friendly community.

The 'Path to Golf' course is 6 hours, covering basic technique, rules, safety, and on-course play. Equipment is available for loan. Price: NOK 1000 for adults, NOK 500 for youth (13-19), free for children under 12 (with adult). Course is free if you become a full member. Courses run from 10:00 to 16:00, max 10 participants. Mostly outdoors, comfortable sportswear and shoes recommended. A snack and drink are served.

A challanging course! Not too long, but it is up and down, with some narrow fairways and good greens! The 4 par 3 holes are all in the 150 meter range, even hole 4 which goes straight up 130 meter needs to be played as a 150 m hole! The golf course is situated along the beach and up in the hills, nice layout and I can highely recomend a day ar Mandal Golf Course. (make sure you play 18 holes, you will know why after you have played the first 9) ;-)
