Characteristics
Located in Skollenborg, Kongsberg Golfbane presents a scenic 18-hole course designed by architect Jeremy Turner. The layout winds naturally between the banks of the Numedalslaagen river and the mountains of the historic silver mines. Distinctive features include wide fairways that encourage bold play, balanced by strategic hazards and fast, undulating greens. The club also offers a TrackMan simulator center for year-round practice and a restaurant serving Thai cuisine to relax after the game.

Great value for money

This is a beautiful course, challenging, but not too hard to make it frustrating. In July, it cost 100 kroner to play - one of the golf world's best offers. Friendly staff in the pro shop and restaurant and good food. Really worth a booking in your golf diary for 2013.
A calm round of golf

A very nice park/forrest course with some very long both par 3 and 5 holes (fun for long-hitters, not so fun for others :-D). Allways a calm and pleasant atmosphere on the course, as it's not so centrally placed.
The fairways and first cut is OK, but keep out of the real rough. If you're lucky enough to find your ball - you'll really struggle to get it out. Besides that, really worth a trip
