The 18-hole "Sydbanen" is a classic, intimate parkland course established over 50 years ago, defined by mature trees and strategic water hazards that demand precision. For year-round play, the 9-hole "Nordbanen" offers summer greens even in winter and is ideal for honing the short game. The facility is completed by a state-of-the-art TrackMan driving range and a welcoming clubhouse with a restaurant.

We been playing there in July 2018 and to our surprise the course was totally dry as a stone... fairways yellow and with so many spots with no grass.
UNPLAYABLE!!
We paid 300 DKK per person and if we knew that we have never invest a crown in this course... Food... better to give it to dogs...
To our bad luck we played in a weekend and was none responsible in direction to claim...

It was extremely difficult to get a tee time beforehand because no one answered the phone, and when I finally managed to get through to someone, there were hardly any tee times available. The course itself is considered the most beautiful parkland course in Denmark. For this reason, it was extremely booked. It was well maintained and the greens were fast. However, up to eight holes are located very close together. This made the game rather dangerous, as there was a constant risk of being shot down. The pace of play was accordingly slow and nerve-wracking. We didn't really enjoy playing there. There are much better alternatives in the area.

When your round in Koge Golf Club is a beautifully integrated into the natural golf course that is challenging but fair play. During our visit (August 2009) there was the place in great condition with manicured fairways and true, albeit treacherous greens.
The restriction to 36 handicap is thought out as it could be depressing for golf beginners. If there are any suggestions for improvement, then the lack of descriptions on the web discounts. But the same very helpful and extremely nice members with helpful tips from again.
We have decided the place to play in any future visit to the beautiful Denmark again - because he's worth every crown of the day fairy! We unreservedly recommend a visit and wish you a "Good game!"
