Characteristics
Located directly on the shores of Kalmarsund, Kalmar Golfklubb offers two distinct 18-hole experiences. The Gamla Banan, established in 1947, is a scenic parkland course where the opening hole famously demands a drive across the sound. In contrast, the Nya Banan provides a narrower, more undulating test of strategy, featuring updates by tour pros Åsa Gottmo and Joakim Haeggman. The facility is completed by the Värsnäs restaurant, where golfers can relax while overlooking the water.

There are two 18 hole courses, both are in great condition, especially the greens are fast.
The OldCourse is the nicer of the two, as it is for our varied tastes of the Railways ago.
The New Course is more in the forest gelegenm this we have seen deer and other animals ;-)
