Characteristics
On a plateau typical for the Steigerwald, two very hilly passages complement the otherwise only slightly undulating course, which covers a terrain of 160 acres and is framed by a forest to the east and the west. The arrangement of the greens can only be called a stroke of genius. Some of them have an open layout and provide a terrific view of the Frankish landscape, others are hidden almost entirely inside the woods.

Nice place in great condition

The place is in very good condition and the secretariat is very friendly and helpful.
The course is not easy to play due to the many slopes, although most of the holes are straight ahead. But this is precisely what constitutes the challenge. In terms of landscape, some holes are really very beautiful, but with others you can hear the rustling of the nearby motorway. But it's not really annoying.
All in all, definitely recommendable. I'll be back when I'm around

We played the course with our Friday round. The reactions were friendly to rather restrained. The club house and the practice area are kept quite simple. Very friendly staff.
The place itself is rather boring. Except maybe two or three lanes, which are a bit tricky. The fairs are more like meadows. Greens were ok, some of the bunkers were just being refilled with sand.
I wouldn't necessarily make a detour for this place.

I've played the course a few times now. We won't become friends forever. Yes, it is a "Harradine place", unfortunately rather below average.
The course is on the plateau, but some lanes lead strongly downwards. Particularly noteworthy are the 5 and especially the 13, which also comes up with strong lateral inclines. On the plateau, the tracks sometimes go back and forth a little "contourless". The maintenance condition is ok.
The gastronomy is simple, the range is terrible, the short game range is very good.
