Nestling in the wooded landscape of the Meerer Busch, the Golfclub Meerbusch offers an 18-hole course with the typical character of the lower Rhineland. Three big lakes provide for a diversified game. The golf course is situated a mere 15-minute drive from the city centre of Düsseldorf.

A flat and long course with pretty big greens which are not very undulated.
I'd say this is an average golf course with great maintanence which raises the grades at least one step. Well worth the 50€'s in grf that I paid.

On 14.07.2017 I played the course. The reception was professional and friendly. The golf course is situated on a low level and is well suited to the landscape. The relatively long course offers some challenges in the form of well placed bunkers and water hazards, but is also playable for untrained golfers - all in all a fair place. The condition was excellent, the bunkers were filled with quartz sand.
The only downside: the golf course is located in the extension of the runway of the nearby airport Düsseldorf and is flown by airplanes.
The service in the restaurant was friendly and attentive and the offered dishes were very weak.
