Characteristics
This 18-hole course is situated on the premises of the Hohenhardter Hof, a former knights' estate in Wiesloch-Baiertal. The manor of the former knights' estate is at the centre of the 120-acre course, rounding off the overall picture of the course in the sloped landscape of the Kraichgau. While the course becomes more difficult through the undulating terrain with differences in elevation of up to 200 ft as well as the sand traps, the tree and water hazards, it is nevertheless a fair course for all golfers.

In a beautiful landscape and very challenging golf course, unfortunately there is no potential to enjoy golf.
At reception, you're treated like a burden. A friendly welcome, unfortunately, is nonexistent.
The car wash has brushes that are probably rarely replaced. The high-pressure system is still out of service.
The clock has stood still for years. So has the maintenance of the course.
It's such a shame that such a beautiful facility is simply lacking in finishing touches.
The food in the restaurant is really good. Unfortunately, it's rare to be able to place an order. The reviewers rarely, or almost never, manage to take an order in a friendly or relaxed manner. Waiting for hours is supposedly reasonable. The main thing is that the owner is served first.

The course is beautiful and is very challenging to play because of the many slopes, inclines, some narrow fairways and small greens.
However, the place itself is in poor condition, the fairways sometimes have a property like a field, the greens are sometimes full of unimproved pitch marks and small bumps that let the ball run uncontrolled. In addition, the fairways are overgrown with a lot of weeds and in summer there is an extreme drought. The back 9 are a real blessing compared to the first 9.
For guests, the green fee costs €80 at the weekend, I personally find it too much for this place, then I prefer to go to one of the many other places in the area for the same green fee.
Unfortunately, the restaurant is only "ok". Service sometimes very impolite, something is often forgotten.
Food is a well-intentioned grade 3. It's OK for the price, but don't expect too much here.
