Renowned golf course architect David Krause (Winston Links, among others) has created an outstanding course in Lütetsburg. At 5,000 meters (par 70) from the back tees, the course initially appears relatively short. However, a glance at the rating of 135 reveals that this is a truly challenging course. Partly narrow fairways with lateral water, well-placed bunkers within driving distance, constant slopes, heavily defended and consistently undulating greens, as well as wind due to the proximity to the North Sea, justify the rating.
Hole No. 5 – a par 3 measuring 184 meters from the back tees – is, in our opinion, one of the best par 3s in Germany. An absolutely impressive layout. Likewise, hole No. 3 (par 3), a 119-meter carry over water, is reminiscent of TPC Sawgrass No. 17. This means the green appears quite small compared to the large water hazard in front of it.
The positive impression is rounded off by good practice facilities (driving range, pitching and chipping/putting greens). The office staff and members are very friendly. In addition, there is a cozy and inviting restaurant with delicious food.

We visited this course on October 2,2025, and played 18 holes. The staff was incredibly warm and friendly, and the food and drink were truly outstanding. We were pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The green fee is more than fair for what you get. The electric carts are state-of-the-art, super comfortable, and almost luxurious.
The course is very well maintained, superbly laid out, set in a beautiful landscape with healthy North Sea air. It's hilly, making it incredibly interesting and often surprising. A challenging and very varied game is guaranteed. We met only friendly club members on the course and had a perfect day of golf! I would give it 10 out of 5 stars :-)

Last year's expansion, in particular, has made the golf experience even better.
