- Some island / peninsula greens
- Fairways despite dry summer in good condition
- Partly peculiar railway system, players must go to the game toward, or at the edge of the fairway back to the next tee
- On the last hole was the Green from a family muskrats [sic] "is" what is likely to encounter especially in women on limited enthusiasm
