Characteristics
This 18-hole golf course was set up on a highly diversified terrain. More than half of the holes provide an excellent view of Würzburg and the Fortress Marienberg. Other holes run through pristine nature and a population of old trees. Three ponds add further to the optical and athletic attractiveness. In the clubhouse house the restaurant offers a healthy and contemporary cuisine and a larger selection of wines. The Golf Club Wuerzburg is a member of "The Leading Golf Clubs of germany" ice the year 2006.

An oasis of golfing excellence.

As part of a City Twinning Delegation we were recently entertained generously by our Franconian counterparts. The highlight of the trip had to be our day & evening at The Wurzburg Golf Club. The course presentation was first class and the clubhouse atmosphere and catering quality were similarly of very high quality. This place is a must for any keen & discerning golfer and is well worth a visit.

Very well maintained course with very, very fast greens and beautiful views of Würzburg from some holes. The course is extremely varied and rewarding.
However, a cart is recommended - flat fairways are rare, it's constantly going uphill and downhill.
The reception and the restaurant were also not objectionable.
