At a 40-minute drive from the city centre of Hamburg, a golf course attractive to golfers of all levels was set up around a 400-year-old estate in a hedgerow landscape typical of Schleswig-Holstein. With a terrain of 180 acres, a historic park, and an old manor, the structure of the estate remained mainly unchanged.

The course isn't particularly challenging. Holes 3,8, 15, and 18 are, in my opinion, where you need to be a bit more tactical. The other holes are, let's say, a bit more difficult at times simply because of their length. For my taste, there are too many hedges and too few water hazards.
The ladies in the office are all friendly. I also met lovely people in the restaurant, and the food was truly delicious.

The holes correspond to the classic Schleswig-Holstein bend landscape. Just like the homepage says. If you like it, please do. Especially since the condition is good and the greens correspond to the normal German green speed. The difference between the holes is arbitrary and I'm missing the highlights. So please leave the church in the village. Oh yes, I find the missing start times extremely annoying. So you run for almost 5 hours behind a flight of 4 that doesn't even think about letting it play through. If there were start times, I probably wouldn't have booked us there.

Very nice place. Great tournaments. Gastronomy well. Not always very friendly.
Nevertheless I decided to become a member there.
Unfortunately there were always unfriendly things in the secretariat. Sluggish on the phone. Wrong tournament canceled. Wrong scorecard given out for the tournament and still insists that it is always so. We don't have time for questions; what a statement!! Absolutely unfriendly on the phone and in person. But only affects one person.
Otherwise always nice contacts. Nice flight partners. Played great rounds.
All in all very nice.
