Characteristics
The course is situated very nicely on the Estate Voithenberg. From most of the holes you have a magnificent view on the hills of the Bavarian Forest. The course is ostensibly in close touch with nature and the landscape has an old stock of trees and several small pool biotopes. For the experienced golfer the admittedly not very long course is made interesting by its up hill fairways.

Exciting holiday golf with modern GPS e-carts. Must play!

The well-kept golf course offers very varied courses. Immediately after the start, two unique layouts await you with lanes 2 and 3. The tee on lane 2, a par 3, is about 30m above the green. The green can be seen far below through a narrow aisle. This is just the warm-up though... Immediately afterwards, lane 3 is a par 4, where the tee shot has to be placed about 40m lower on the fairway. The immediately following lanes can therefore almost be described as "flat" ...
The golf course has been beautifully integrated into the existing mountainous conditions, with ditches, groups of trees, depressions, ponds, well-placed bunkers, etc. It is always slightly uphill or downhill. The currently great course condition makes the golfer's heart beat even faster. On the back lanes from lane 10, there are always great views of the surrounding area, be it from the tee or from the greens. Here you play in absolute peace and can enjoy the round as holiday golf.
An e-cart makes it easier to play the sometimes massive differences in height. The fleet of e-carts are the most modern models, including a monitor and GPS for exact distance information and also for safe routing between the lanes.
In addition, spacious practice facilities with a driving range, putting green and pitching area are waiting to be used before the round.

I played the course in April 2023 and for this time of year it was already in very good condition. Those who love mountain places will get their money's worth here. Very varied tracks with a great view. Exact play is required here so as not to come under direct pressure 😉. A cart is definitely recommended if you are not used to mountain places. Green fee is fine for this place. However, €33 for a cart is a bit sporty 🥴. But anyway, if I'm around again I'll be happy to play here again.

We ran the place and didn't take a cart. The holes down hill were fine. The uphill holes are a pain because the paths between the holes are extremely long.
