Wonderful view of the Bavarian Forest and the village of Lam.
Driving range too short, hit four times over the fence with little effort.
No direct contact, little informed staff at the hotel reception.
Apparently only two golf carts available, space is not designed for carts either.
Missing signage for the paths.
Tees badly mowed and divots filled with gravel there, sometimes fine gravel in the bunker, broken greens, when the flag was taken out, the hole came out in between.

I cannot understand the tearing assessment of Empress. The course is clearly structured with different degrees of difficulty. The length of the tracks is not critical. As a member of Furth im Wald, I have enjoyed playing this course so far. The pro Anthony does a good job, especially if you want to improve your handicap. Even if the place is classified as easy, you shouldn't be mistaken. The condition of the space is certainly also dependent on the weather. I have never seen a field there. And if you are upset about daisies in the bunker, you should try indoor golf. I'm looking forward to the next round when the hotel can resume normal operations.
