The well-kept golf course offers very varied courses. Immediately after the start, two unique layouts await you with lanes 2 and 3. The tee on lane 2, a par 3, is about 30m above the green. The green can be seen far below through a narrow aisle. This is just the warm-up though... Immediately afterwards, lane 3 is a par 4, where the tee shot has to be placed about 40m lower on the fairway. The immediately following lanes can therefore almost be described as "flat" ...
The golf course has been beautifully integrated into the existing mountainous conditions, with ditches, groups of trees, depressions, ponds, well-placed bunkers, etc. It is always slightly uphill or downhill. The currently great course condition makes the golfer's heart beat even faster. The layout of the course is beautiful, very demanding and with a lot of altitude and therefore never boring. The dryness in 2018 and the recent dryness in the last 4 - 6 weeks but the place very much, as unfortunately many other places too.
The haircuts as well as the greens are mostly still in very good condition, the greens are rather slow. However, the fairways are very dry and hard, and the bunkers are apparently no longer maintained. In most bunkers, the grass starts to grow, which suggests that they have not been bunkered for a long time. Even the bunker edges have not been re-cut for a long time. As long as you are not in the bunker, that's not a problem, but if it does, then it's not really fun.
Also, the paths between the holes, which, as already mentioned in previous reviews, are sometimes extremely long, are in sections in poor condition. Here something should be invested in renewals.
Since the golf course is not for the weather and bad ways for an assessment are certainly secondary, we still award 4 stars (one we cut because of the bad bunkers) and wish the club that once again a year comes with a lot of rain. Because in lush green it is certainly a great place to recommend.
