Characteristics
The golf course is situated at the southern slope of the Donnersberg and partly surrounded by forest. At two holes, a difference in elevation of approx. 165 ft needs to be overcome. The holes are designed in a diversified manner and skillfully integrated into the landscape. Large greens as well as beautiful sand traps and water hazards call for a precise game and make a round of golf on this course a special event.

I was here again for a few days after a year.
First of all, a big compliment again to the very friendly staff. You really feel like you're at home here.
The holiday apartment is large, clean and equipped with everything you need – what more could you want? Perfect!
Regarding the course: due to the heat of the past few days and weeks, some areas are turning brown, mainly off the fairway. However, play is still perfectly possible! The greens are in excellent condition – uniform, fast, and beautifully undulating! The maintenance and consistent watering are clearly paying off! Thanks to the greenkeepers!
I was completely satisfied here again, just like last year, and I will definitely come back!
Highly recommended for a short trip!
Things seem to have changed in the restaurant scene as well: the new tenant is doing a good job and they are open later in the evenings.
Whether it's a holiday apartment, a campsite or a restaurant, the price/performance ratio is still excellent in everything here!

Played this wonderful course three days in a row in absolute heat.
The greens were very well maintained, and the greens were also good and true. Fairway irrigation on some holes isn't something every course has! The persistent heat and drought were slowly turning brown along the fairways, but the ankle-deep rough, which was nevertheless very light and very playable, only cost me one ball.
From the heights, you have wonderful views of the surrounding area. The site is generally easy to explore on foot, but in the heat (around 35°C every day), a buggy is very convenient.
My highlight: the 15th – a par 3 from above over water. From the men's yellow, it's about 145 meters. Simply beautiful!
I would especially like to highlight the service provided by the staff! They were extremely friendly and helpful, which made my stay there very pleasant. I felt truly "welcome" there!
The only downside: when you've finished playing 18 in the evening at around 8 p.m. in temperatures like this, you're really looking forward to a cold drink, but that's a bit of a gamble during the week, as the restaurants are often already closed.
On the one hand, it's understandable when there's little activity, but...
