Flommen Golf Club is located on the southern tip of Sweden where it forms part of a unique stretch of coastal links. Together with its close neighbours, Falsterbo and Ljunghusen, Flommen constitutes a great threesome – a golfing heaven. The three courses are regularly rated among the very best ones in Sweden.
Flommen is laid out in a stunning nature reserve with sandy soil: a delta looking wetland area surrounded by dunes and a former railway track. Classic golf links atmosphere! Wind and water are the key elements to tackle when playing at Flommen.
Numerous top amateur and professional tournaments have been staged here; many illustrious golfers have faced this challenging links in competition. New Zealander Frank Nobilo recorded his first victory, rookie Colin Montgomerie his first top-3 finish and the eventual World No 1 Vijay Singh his debut on the European Tour during The PLM Open 1988 at Flommen.
Established in 1935 Flommen Golf Club has a unique history and heritage. Founded by young local golf enthusiasts who had learned the game as caddies at Falsterbo, the club has always fostered the fundamental spirit and values of our sport. An open and welcoming attitude to members, guests and visitors is part of that culture.

Too soft for a true links but good. The water are in play at almost every hole. To recommend then you are in this part of Sweden.

This is one of a very few reel links there is in Sweden. Here you find every challenge to test your game in a beatyful setting. A lot of water so you need to be very strait whith your driver from tee. This is actually one of my 10 swedish favourites. Very charming. When passing in area I´ll take every change for a good walk.

Flommens – water, nature, wind. The ambiance alone is a must. While you can't see the sea, the colorful beach huts behind the dunes are lined up like pearls. The holes, with plenty of water and wildlife in between, are challenging, but the course is playable thanks to its excellent maintenance. GC Falsterbo is in a different league. Flommens still won me over. We received a very friendly welcome, with friendly people, and the course is simply wonderful to play.
