Characteristics
Built on a hilly terrain, Botanic Golf Sacuba extends over 25 hectares in the Pedres Nuragic area, a short drive away from the Costa Smeralda and Olbia Airport.
The golf course lies in a botanical garden, respecting the wild native nature of the territory and featuring many typical essences of Sardinia. Along the course you will find flowering areas and many beautiful plants like mastic, cork, olive trees and myrtle that add color and create a background of great impact.
The Golf Course consists of 9 holes, par 35, and includes two par 3, six par 4 and one par 5.
The practice facilities include a 300-meter driving range, a 650-square-meter putting green and a pitching area.

You can play golf here, but you don't have to. It was not clear to me whether the greens had just been sanded or whether this was the permanent state. You get the same impression on the fairways.
The driving range could also have been a meadow if there hadn't been 2 bamboo huts in the form of airplane shelters for teeing off. Be careful: don't make the follow-through too long, otherwise you will hit the bamboo tubes.
But 45 euros green fee +10 euros for the driving range and 2.50 euros for balls.

We can only recommend the Sacuba golf course. The place was well maintained in 2020 and the price was completely reasonable. Somewhat in the hinterland of Olbia but easily accessible. The clubhouse, the pool and the view were adorable.
For all golfers who want to have fun in the game without having to spend half a fortune. Also perfect with children.
