Best Golf Course I have ever played

I booked myself a 18 holes round together with my two friends. We all had amazing time and the scenery is just breathtaking. I can say that this is the best golf course I have seen in a long while which I can definitely highly recommend to any golfer. Just make sure to bring plenty of sun block! during December it can be very hot and I got back to the hotel completely red :-) You can find a lot of valuable information on golf in Mauritius here: http://golf-in-mauritius. com... Played in mid-November 2022: The golf course was in very good condition (tees, fairways and greens). The fairways are wide - this reduces ball loss to practically zero. We particularly liked holes 4,6, 14 and 18. The staff are very friendly and helpful - a lasting golfing experience!

Very well maintained course in American style. Far and wide along private villas. Length definitely helps here (I played white about 6400m and had to stretch quite a bit on various lanes despite a decent handicap to get onto the green in regulation) and lack of precision is not that bad. From a sporting point of view, it gets exciting mainly due to the often violent wind and the sometimes very deep green bunkers. Otherwise you don't have to think that much, you can just hit it. Some great sea views. Practice facilities are spacious and great. If there had been 4.5 stars, I would have given it that, but I wanted to make a conscious difference to the neighboring Ile aux Cerfs.
