Located 45 minutes from the historic city of Porto and just 30 minutes from Porto International Airport (Francisco Sá Carneiro), Tivoli Estela Golf & Lodges offers a tranquil retreat on Portugal's rugged north-west coast. Set on one of the best golf courses in the country, guests enjoy not only privileged access to the seafront greens, but also to the secluded beach and extensive leisure facilities, which include swimming pools, padel courts, a gym and a wellness centre (extra charge). Guests can enjoy fresh Portuguese cuisine that emphasises regional and seasonal produce, with seafood from local waters, herbs from the hotel's own organic gardens and, of course, the region's famous wines. We were very excited about the resort with its small lodges and were not disappointed. The service throughout the entire hotel couldn't have been better. Upon arrival, we were met with very helpful staff, the service in the restaurant was attentive and friendly, and the transfer to the golf course was reliable and seamless every day. The entire resort is beautifully maintained, and the lodges are comfortably furnished.
The golf course isn't particularly varied. The fairways are quite narrow but playable. Unfortunately, a low fence obstructs the sea view in some places.
One point of criticism is the quality of the food. We will not opt for half-board on our next stay. Since the à la carte food wasn't any better, we recommend eating out.

How do I book my trip online?
After you have received an offer, which you like, please click on the orange button "Book now". Then fill out the short questionnaire (regarding information about travellers and tee times) and send the form. After receiving your booking, we will verify the availability of the hotel. Once your stay is confirmed by the hotel (usually within one working day), you will receive our confirmation email together with an invoice for the amount due. The invoice can be paid online by credit card or by bank transfer. In the our email with your invoice you will find the link to the online payment system as well as the invoice in PDF format with our bank details.

The deposit is 20 percent and is due immediately. The balance is due four weeks prior departure.

Can I cancel or rebook my trip?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Up to 35 days before departure of your trip cancellation is free of charge for you, unless there are other cancellation conditions listed on your offer and invoice. We have a few hotels that do not offer free cancellation when using an early bird discount. However, more over 90 percent of our partner hotels allow free cancellation up to 35 days before arrival. After that, staggered cancellation fees apply.
