Characteristics
Situated at the edge of the Odenwald in the foothills of the Reinheim mountain range, this 18-hole championship course was laid out on two testing levels.
The charm of the first level is due to several water hazards. The second level, which is c. 65 ft more elevated, forms a kind of plateau providing a wonderful panorama of the Roßberg, a former volcano, the Odenwald as well as the foothills of the Spessart, and the Vogelberg.

Fun course to play

I’ve been traveling to Gros Zimmern for years to visit family and I always play this course when I come. Members and People at the course are very friendly and make you feel welcomed. The managing director and president are very nice. Luigi’s restaurant has great food with a great staff. My favorite time visiting is spending time at the course. The course is challenging, with short and long holes and some blind shots, it keeps you thinking. I highly recommend visiting.

Well maintained community with fun factor

Very neat place with slight height differences. About mainly by wide fairways to play very fair. On some tracks Exclude and water hazards come into play. Green fee with 70, - € on weekends approximately 10 - € too high. Cute secretary and beautiful clubhouse with restaurant.
