Often celebrated for its pristine condition, the layout features tree-lined fairways and the meandering Turra Burn, which creates tactical challenges throughout the round. The course offers a strategic test famously highlighted by the 4th hole, known as the "Wee Devil"—a short but perilous Par 3 protected by bunkers and trees. Longer hitters can test their mettle on the "Railway" 12th hole.
