Situated along the banks of the River Thames in Oxfordshire, The Springs Resort & Golf Club offers a serene escape within a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The 133-acre estate features a Par 72 parkland course originally crafted by Ryder Cup Captain Brian Huggett in 1998. A significant 2018 renovation by architect Tim Lobb revitalized the bunkers and lakes, adding strategic depth to the layout. Golfers face a stimulating test where the elements play a crucial role, particularly on the signature 8th hole, a dramatic Par 3 played entirely over water. Beyond the greens, the resort provides comprehensive amenities including state-of-the-art swing studios, the relaxing 1893 Spa, and dining at The Ridgeway.

A very nicely designed course, with many old trees and water hazards.
Course maintenance is great as well, fairways & greens are in great shape!
