Characteristics
Situated in the picturesque Dorset countryside, Sturminster Marshall Golf Club is a charming 9-hole parkland course often referred to as "Dorset's Little Gem." The Par 32 layout features two sets of tees to provide variety for an extended round. The course is defined by mature trees and scenic lakes, with water coming into play notably on the 5th and 6th holes. The 9th hole presents a stern finish with a deep pot bunker guarding the green. Excellent practice facilities, including a covered driving range, and the welcoming "Marshall's On The Green" restaurant complete the experience.

This is a compact course and on the easy side but pretty. The clubhouse is very friendly and in the summer is a great place to sit in the sun and have a beer, especially if they have a cask of real ale in but this is rare
