We played here in August 2022. The site offers fantastic views of Horsen Fjord. You play a links course with well-defended holes and fantastically undulating greens that were extremely fast (played after the club championship) Top clubhouse, offers a restaurant and a great pro shop.

We were on the course as part of our Denmark tour (www. Die-golf-camper. De, Denmark) and were disappointed. Yes, the "volunteer", an older lady at the front desk who has "Sunday duty", was a super nice and helpful person. And yes, the view is great. But no, the courses are not varied, they almost only vary in length. At least on our 18 holes. When I think of other places (Lemvig or Ebeltoft) where more things happen in terms of changing views, lane layout, etc., then Stensballegaard is really rather simple.
