Characteristics

"The best golfing experience in Norfolk".

Our North Norfolk course was originally designed by Tom Morris, and with improvements over the years it is now widely regarded as one of Norfolk’s finest courses. It is essentially cliff top in character with spectacular views and boasts all the features of a coastal course with a wealth of sandy hills, grassy valleys and abundant gorse and bracken.

Royal Cromer has a long tradition of providing a very warm welcome to visitors throughout the year and our dedicated green-keepers ensure that the course is always in the best possible condition. Our clubhouse and pro shop staff are always on hand to ensure that your golfing day is memorable. We have excellent facilities and a wide range of menus to make your day complete.

Well worth a visit

I am lucky enough to get the chance to play Royal Cromer from time to time and would really recommend it.

The views are fantastic and recently there have been some marked improvements in the course.

Strong!!!

The first few holes slowly lead to the cliffs and sea in a strong farm/woodland design! From the 4 then go towards the cliffs and the place is sometimes steep uphill and downhill! From the 14 to the lighthouse, the place surprises again! Pot bunker, sometimes extreme differences in height, cliffs, sea and pure landscape! I would call Royal Cromer a links cliff course that is extremely varied!

Great

A link course on the cliffs above Cromer.
Be sure to play!
Friendly reception in the Proshop, magnificent views, exciting fairways, lush greens and despite the summer of the century in Norfolk!
Have fun for a fair price!
