The gorse was in full yellow blooms! Royal County showed itself from its most beautiful side, the sun-bathed Mounre Mountain, the tinkling Irish Sea and the salty sea air blowing powerfully over the dune grasses!

Championship course:
1-14 are just absolute world class, every green fee is worth it!
15-18 some steam outside but still special!
For me, the RCD Championship Course is still the best course in Europe and certainly one of the best courses in the world!!!
Annesley course:
The 'smaller and shorter' course was recently redesigned by Mckenzie & Ebert. Not playing it would be negligent! Two new tracks right by the sea! For me the 'David' of the resort is in the top 5 in Northern Ireland...!!!
